Long Realty, a leading real estate brokerage in Southern Arizona, sought to refresh its brand as it approached its 100th anniversary. Partnering with NüPOINT Marketing, they aimed to create a new campaign that highlighted the company’s values and culture.
Primary research, including focus groups with agents and leadership, revealed strengths such as Long Realty’s reputation and agent quality, but also identified branding inconsistencies and a desire to emphasize company culture.
We developed the “Smart Move” campaign to address these insights, with a focus on establishing emotional connections between Long Realty and its audiences. The campaign’s goals were to solidify Long Realty’s market position, increase brand awareness, and support agent engagement.
We leveraged storytelling to create a compelling narrative and featured local agents in the campaign, which included a new tagline, bold visuals, and a variety of marketing tools for agents. In addition to creative direction, NüPOINT managed the professional photoshoot, behind-the-scenes video, and the implementation of a cohesive media strategy.
Key outcomes included a 5.36% year-over-year increase in website traffic, strong social media engagement during the launch, and significant agent buy-in through merchandise orders.
