Jim has held executive positions directing strategic marketing, online publishing, and market research teams at major newspapers, including the Baltimore Sun; the Wilmington, DE News Journal; and as vice president of the Arizona Daily Star. His community building helped form a variety of business, government, and non-profit partnerships before joining StröngPOINT Marketing as a partner. For nearly a decade, Jim has served as the marketing chair for the Community Foundation for Southern Arizona, and continues as the treasurer for Tucson’s January 8th Memorial Foundation, and is a board member of the Tucson Ad Federation Educational Foundation. He earned a business degree from Napa Valley College and continued his education with additional studies of marketing and economics at Golden Gate University in San Francisco, and printing technology at California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo.
