Eric Hubbard
Market Research Manager

Eric leads NuPOINT’s market research operations. His role includes creation of survey, focus group and depth interview instruments that ask the right questions in the right way, ensuring data collection is both reliable and valid, and providing actionable analysis that addresses clients’ business objectives. Eric was a National Science Foundation fellow and participated in its Cultural Anthropology Methodology Program which required both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
Eric likes reading, travelling, cooking, and hiking with his wife and dog.
Eric also has a background working with large data sets such as the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI) database and the Nonviolent and Violent Campaigns and Outcomes (NAVCO) Data Project. He has conducted field research in Ghana and the U.S. as part of his anthropology course work. Eric is certified in QuestionPro’s CX-PRO program. He as a bachelor’s degree in anthropology and a minor in linguistics from Missouri State University and master’s degrees in international security from the University of Arizona and evolutionary anthropology from Washington State University, where he did extensive research work.
